We just stayed at one of their cottages for our 6 day vacation over 4th of July 2026 and it was wonderful! Loved the coffee sample, the clean house, all of the helpful magazines, maps, tips and tricks posted everywhere. It was a charming house, very clean, very well kept, and had everything we needed to live there for a basically a week. Check in was painless, check out was equally as simple and it was a very affordable stay! We will definitely book future trips to tybee with them ??

We’re so excited to be heading back to Mermaid Cottage’s Beach Haven for the 4th time. This adorable vintage cottage has every modern upgrade while keeping the beachy vibe. Beach Haven is a hidden pearl only 300 steps from food/shops, 500 steps to the beach, and 900 steps to the pavilion/pier. It’s private courtyard has brand new deck furniture and grill while providing lots of off street parking. This cozy cottage is perfect for 2 but is great for 8. There’s plenty of room for togetherness but many quiet corners to read or nap. The owner is constantly upgrading. Call the very friendly and helpful mermaids at Mermaid Cottages to book your beach heaven at Beach Haven. All you need to bring is your toothbrush, swim suit , and flip flops. You’re going to love it!
