Great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are ok. Surprisingly there is no musty/mildew smell like a lot of older places on the beach have. I will definitely stay here again!

My stay here was excellent, the staff are very welcoming, the front desk attendant Kaleigh was beyond helpful for our stay. Our check in was smooth and informative. It sits right on the tybee strip with so many shops and such beautiful views. The sea and breeze was the perfect choice for our relaxing Tybee vacation.

We had an amazing stay at Sea and Breeze Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The hospitality here is honestly five-star with wonderful management, thank you Paris for making our stay special! The location is perfect—just a couple of minutes from the beach, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with outstanding staff, a great location, and excellent value, I highly recommend Sea and Breeze Hotel. We will definitely be staying here again.

I had an amazing stay at Sea and Breeze Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great location and an awesome pool that made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent throughout my stay. I especially want to recognize Kaleigh and Royal for their outstanding customer service. They were both very attentive, friendly, and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and positive attitudes truly stood out and helped make my stay memorable. I absolutely love this place and would highly recommend Sea and Breeze Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I can’t wait to come back!

Our experience has been absolutely horrific. I wish I could upload the pictures/ videos that I took to show anyone thinking of staying here. The king size room looks nothing like the photos, and the description of the property such as food/ bars/ etc are a lie. Now for the room… the toilet has no water pressure. You can only use it every 30 minutes for it to flush. In addition, when you cut the water on in the bathroom, the entire shower head pipe comes out of the wall a foot. My family is in a room next door, and they went down to let the front office know their toilet was leaking and they said they would send the maintenance guy tomorrow. It is 3pm on a Wednesday- it isn’t even busy season. The remote wouldn’t work but that was probably because the batteries are hanging out the back. The safety peep hole is a piece of paper . The bed is pathetic, it squeaks and I cant call because there is no phone in the room. We travel a lot, and did not expect perfection, but the things they have on their website are false. As for the Sea And Breeze staff/ owner - we are still here - so please feel free to respond or better yet come and refund our money.

5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and different stores just across the road Nice staff. Enough parking. Pool. The hotel has its theme - it's like a ship. :) It's not of course the most important but funny. And yea. They have an elevator to the two floors. Stairs and elevator. Being that close to the shore they are in danger of flooding. So the rooms upped, parking on the first floor. Recommending to try.

Kaleigh was fantastic at the front desk. Super friendly and was eager to assist. Rooms are a stones throw from the beach. Would definitely visit again!!!!

Had a wonderful stay at Sea and Breeze! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of great shops and restaurants. The pool area was also really nice and a great place to relax. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! Kaleigh was a magnificent host! Very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Bernie’s oyster house is right across the street and wet Willie’s is only steps away! Perfect location between the boardwalk/beach/food and fun!

So convenient location. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Parking lot is available right there. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I think the shower curtain needs to be raised 4” higher and tiny detail to finish the base board at the shower. These may help reduce the mildew smell in the bathroom.
